Had for 7 years
We’ve had this playset for seven years. Kid craft was really good about helping us find replacement parts for the twisty slide and as we are selling it now they have two more that need to be replaced. Other than that it has survived neighborhood kids for 7 years!

After just a few months this playset wood started cracking the screws are crap it's not worth the 3000 I paid for it. Don't buy

Not worth it!!
We purchased in March of 2020 for our 2 year old and a year later the tube slide is completely breaking and falling apart! This is so unacceptable for a $1700 playset! Buyer beware!!

would not buy again! kids kraft employees do not like helping the customers once they are outside of warranty. tube slide broke after 2 years. Way over priced for the quality and customer service of this product!

Lovely playset for smaller children
We bought this as a playset for our 2 year old. For her, it’s perfect with room to grow. Quality seems good and it was decently easy to assemble. However, when we purchased this set, we did so with the idea that our neighbor kids would most likely play on it as well. But it just doesn’t seem big enough for them and they are ages 6-10. The 8 year old was swinging on it and the whole playset swayed which made me super nervous. It just doesn’t seem like it’s for the age group that it states. Overall it’s a very nice swingset. But I am disappointed and having regrets now because I was hoping it was bigger and sturdier.

Great for 2 years then falls apart
We bought this 2 years ago and it has been great and well loved by our now 5 year old son! However if you are looking to have this for a long period of time don’t buy. The tube slide is literally falling apart. The brackets are breaking in rows and our son has not gained much weight he is still very tiny for his age. The maintenance has been upkept and taken care of well as we look to keep this for longer than what we have. Very saddened by the fact it is falling apart and we can not find replacement parts. It is like pulling teeth to find how to order parts. Ugh!!!!

Not Worth the $1700 I paid
I bought this unit about a month ago and all it has given me are problems it comes with about 6 instruction manuals for all the different models which is very unnecessary. Also it has instructions skip around like crazy there is no clear cut steps 1,2,3. Then it say for this "insert name of play-set" turn to page 72-73 for instruction . wood is cheap and bent , I? was missing screws and had to run to the store to get them. If I could return this thing and get my money i would 100% do it. it took an eternity to build . oh and I almost forgot all the pieces come labeled by # and the number are so hard to make out . Save yourself the trouble and don't buy it if u don't want to get a headache from building it. on the positive side it is a very cute style play-set but definitely needs improvement.

Daughter loves it
Product seems to be of good construction. I put together myself only recommendation would be to put hardware related to each section with that section there were times I had to find a bag from the main clubhouse to use on the slide and it made it much longer to put together. Other than that all smiles from my daughter who is loving it .
