Only one swing and glider fit
It took me and my husband 10 hours over two days to build. The delivery people had a difficult time unloading it as the 5 boxes were over 600 lbs. moving it from our driveway to our narrow suburban backyard was a little tricky. We unboxed and sorted, read directions and built. This was our 3rd playscape to build. A big difference for us on this one was that so many parts were pre-assembled. Whole panels for the beginning were pre-assembled. The swings are too close together to be useful. We really wanted 3 swings but the one closest to the structure almost touches it and the two middle almost touch each other as well so we will only use two of them for safety. My kids love the twin slides at the front, the kitchen and the glider swing. The floor boards for the upstairs are a little thin and flimsy. Fine for kids but when we were on the top putting the roof on, it made me question if it needed additional supports. We ran out of one of the most common screws and my husband had to use some he had on hand. Instructions were easy to read and all parts other than the screws were there.

Very Happy!
We are very pleased with this playhouse. To begin with shipping was unbelievably fast. I ordered it on a Monday. The delivery company called that Wednesday to schedule and we had it the following Monday. It was packaged very well. There were no broken pieces. 5 of us had it done in about 6 hours. It seemed like we were missing some screws but we just skipped that part and at the end had other leftover screws that worked so very possible it was our mistake. My 3 year old niece loves it and has plenty of room to grow. I would not hesitate to order from Kidcraft again.

Falcon Ridge Swing Set
We bought this swing set for our grandchildren to enjoy. The 2 year olds eye opened wide when he came out the rear doors, the smile on his face was priceless. His 3 1/2 year old brother whom is autistic has been playing and enjoying this addition to the yard. We have other grandchildren whom we are sure will spend hours playing and enjoying it as well. Thank you for having creative interaction toys that are made to bring hours of fun and pleasure.

1st Kid Kraft Experience
Great day,
My first purchase with kid craft was not a good experience. When I received the order, there were several broken pieces inside the boxes, two of them were main pieces that were needed to support the swing. I contacted Kid Kraft and they replied back. “Please send part numbers and we will send the replacement parts.” Once the part numbers were received, I get another email saying “they are sorry for the inconvenience, but one of the pieces are on backorder and they have no idea, when it will be shipped”,so now I have to tell the installer that I hired to come back whenever the part comes, which means I have to get back on their busy schedule then I’m also out of a swing-set for my daughter until the part comes in. I requested to return the swing-set, but I was told that once the box was open, it cannot be returned, in which I’m still confused on that because how can I know if something is broken or if something is missing if I don’t open the box, anyway as of today, I am still waiting to receive the parts so that I can get my swing assembled. Yes, they agreed to replace the parts and offered $100 credit but I’m still out of over three grand and my daughter does not have her swing !
