Where can I locate part numbers?
To locate the part number for items with batch codes (ex: Indoor items, outdoor furniture sandboxes, and some playhouses) look for a single sticker containing a number on the part itself. The sticker may contain a barcode and the part number listed underneath (example below: P-26322A-3Y). Some parts will contain a “U,” indicating that they are a universal part (example below: P-U-3816-WT).
Where can I find my batch code?
The Item Batch Code Number is specific to the item that needs parts replacements. It is a long series of numbers and/or letters, separated by slashes. Ex. XXXXXX/XXXXXE/XX-XXXX. Please note: Parts can only be ordered for one batch code / item at a time on the parts website. Batch codes can be located on the outside of the box, in the back of the assembly sheet, on the back or bottom of any KidKraft product.
How do I know what version my product is?
To find your “letter” version, refer to the middle number of the batch code. The batch code is a long series of numbers (which may include a letter) separated by slashes and is located on the back or bottom of the item. For your reference, the batch code for your item is in the following format: XXXXXX/76040E/XX-XXXX
What do I do if the part I need is discontinued?
As products change over time, we are not always able to guarantee that all replacement parts will be in stock for your particular item version. We also do not send parts that are not a match for your item as this could compromise the quality or safety of the product. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to our Customer Support team

Shipping costs & returns
Indoor replacement parts will have a $15 shipping charge. For outdoor replacement parts, shipping is dependent on several factors; please refer to our warranty info page for more information.

KidKraft strives to deliver products in excellent condition, but occasional shipping damage or normal outdoor wear like peeling or cracking may occur. Please provide complete and accurate information when requesting replacement parts, as all part sales are final with no returns or refunds.
