Very manageable to assemble with two people. All of the parts were included and numbered. Didn't take long and no issues. Draped some fairy string lights around the porches and through the nursery for an extra cozy touch.

I ordered from Kidcraft website, delivery was really quick and it was packaged really well. It took maybe 2 hours to assemble with just one person, the instructions that came with it were sufficient and clear. One of the floors was a little warped but straightened out once assembled. The furniture is good quality and really cute, the details and pictures on the house itself are amazing. The screws were pretty cheap and the heads stripped really quick, so you really need to get everything lined up and correct on the first try, it did come with some extra hardware just in case. Overall I’m really impressed with the dollhouse, especially for the price, it’ll be perfect for my almost 3 year old and I expect to get many years of play out of it.

Warped floor boards, poor quality.
My mom sent this for the upcoming Christmas and the floor boards were so warped and bowed nothing sits flat on it. Ordered a replacement from Amazon with the exact same issue. Horrible quality for the price. Will be returning both and not buying anything KidKraft again.

Absolutely gorgeous!
This is such a high quality dollhouse. It's super important to follow the instructions in the Bilt app instead of the paper ones, but the dollhouse is beautiful. Lots of pieces and plenty of memories to be made here. It's huge!

a few holes were a bit tight for the screws would reccomend a snub nose screwdriver and a drill
