Can't order replacement parts
I need a replacement phone and a new door for this but am unable to order bc I don't have my batch number. Very silly and very frustrating.

Smart design. Easy assembly.assembled
We bought this for our 4 yr old Granddaughter. I have purchasec and assembled toy sets before but this, by far was the best designed and
organized kit I 've ever tackled. Acutally had fun putting it together. Kudos to your design team.

Great kitchen
We bought this for Xmas in 2018 for our 2yo and is still going strong 3 years later. Haven’t had an issue with it! I’m sure it will last many more years. Our now 5yo and 3yo love playing in there kitchen. :)
Give yourself a good few hours to put it together. It’s worth it!!

Kids love it!!!
We have this kitchen and all of our kids (both boys and girls) love it! Fantastic quality but took some time to assemble. Very stylish and realistic. Lots of storage for kitchen accessories. Highly recommend!

Doors Break
The kitchen is great, except the doors break and I can't order replacement doors because I don't have a part number which they put on the box that you throw away. Stupid setup, it's literally this very kitchen, why can't you replace the doors?

Cheap Material
I bought this product in December of last year and it has been nothing but an issue. Parts constantly breaking and falling apart (dishwasher door hinge broke right off, kitchen faucet snapped, towel rack holder is cracking). It has been a nightmare ever since I bought it.The only good thing about it is the replacement part program, but even that is more of a hassle since I am continuously requesting replacement parts.I would not recommend this product!

Great!
Perfect for my 2.5 year old and has growing room. She loves it. Only downside is the sink and towel rod are too easily removable. Would still recommend though. Great purchase and awesome price.

Can't Stand This Assembly from
Are you KIDDING ME?!
We seen this and thought our toddler would love it. Then we tried to assemble it. Nope. After 6 hours of trying to decipher the last few pages of instructions, we threw it out. If you pay this much for something, it shouldn't be this hard to assemble. The assembly directions use pictures, not words, so you end up putting pieces together and then realize you were suppose to attach something else first. It wouldn't be that big of a deal of it didn't require 30 mins to fix one thing. Too many bolts and screws and nuts to undo, and then redo. Also, some of the hardware stripped out (those long screws with barrels). Never ever will we again purchase any of your products.
