Great Playground Set - lots of fun slides
Great product. Takes about 12 ish hours and 2 to 3 people. Having a 3rd person can help in some steps. A few fairly tricky to figure out steps. We love the slides - they are very fast. Great color aesthetic and layout.

Great swing set easy to follow directions
Great swing set good pricepoint, worst part was some hardware got stripped and we ended up replacing, as we did not want to wait. Kid kraft was there for the replacement parts though.

Damaged 3 Months Still No Replacement Piece
When the swing set arrived the bottom box was damaged. One of the core pieces was cracked down the middle. I placed a request for a replacement piece on July 18th and I was told it would be shipped within 7 days. A month passed and I hadn’t received a replacement piece. I requested an update and a tracking number and I was told that the piece was back ordered, and that they would contact me as soon as it ships. It is now October and they have not responded to my emails. The piece is a unique piece, I could probably find a handyman to help find a replacement piece at Lowes, but I shouldn’t have to do that for the amount of money I paid for this product. The wood is not sturdy and easily chips and cracks. It’s very disheartening, and this will be the last time I buy from the brand.

I originally said this play set was great for the money but it will not allow me to update my review. The spiral slide had a bracket break within a couple weeks of buying and putting up. What’s funny is my daughter doesn’t even like the spiral slide so it rarely gets played on. When I discovered the break in May the only person to have went down it was my 26lb daughter. I reached out to customer service to see about purchasing that part and got no response. I’ve reached out several times with no response and now the slide has been broke since MAY! I would not buy anything else from this company. For so much money spent I thought this would be a good product but it’s already breaking and their customer service is a joke.

We bought this in July. It came in 2 huge boxes. Once the weather finally cooperated my husband and I started opening boxes and putting this together. There were numerous missing and broken pieces. If it wasn’t such a hassle I may have retuned given the $$ spent and the terrible condition the wood base pieces were in. I have emailed back and fourth with this company NUMEROUS times to get new or missing parts. They will send an order form of what they are shipping and then only half the stuff shows up with no warning of where the other pieces are. It’s been 1 1/2 months now and we STILL cannot put on the whole upper part of the roof because of waiting on pieces. The company often takes days for a response. The only positive of this swing set is that our 3 year old does like it. My husband is going to have to brace some of the parts with our own purchased wood from Home Depot because it doesn’t seem super sturdy. Overall, NOT WORTH THE MONEY/TIME/EFFORT with this company…..

Good purchase
So far we have really enjoyed the swing set! Seems sturdy enough. Took a good two days to put together between two people. We were unfortunately missing the quadrex tool which made the tunnel slide a pain to put together. Otherwise it was a good purchase!

This is a great play set for the money. We did have a few pieces split a little while installing but otherwise no complaints with the quality. It took about 15 hours between two to three people. The biggest issues are the box says it’s compatible with a 3d instruction app but this set does not show up as a guide they have listed. Also the pieces are just strung randomly between the multiple boxes. If they had packaged them together in the order of the manual I honestly think it would have been two hours faster in total. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for a set in this price range

Great swingset
My son loves it!! It feels pretty sturdy.. Took my husband 1 full afternoon and couple shifts after work to put together but was totally on his own.. We lost our last swingset in Ian after only 6 months so hoping this one goes longer..
