Assembly was pretty easy. The parts were well packaged with lots of padding to prevent damage from shipping. Pay attention to the screws heads that are colored to match the design colors where they go. Eleven or twelve inch dolls might be a bit too large unless they are fully articulated.

Perfect little attention taker!
I just love this doll house! First let's say, it was the best price out there which is shocking when it comes from the maker! It's the perfect size and was the perfect amount of room for the 8 barbies my 3 year old just received from family! I love the fact that it is wooden but, not too heavy to safely move around! My 3 year old does not want to play in the same spot ever! It keeps her occupied while I'm cooking and cleaning! Wins all around!

Great Size for my Toddler
It was easy to set up and fit perfectly. I was not sure if the product will arrive on time for Christmas as there was no way to know when it will arrive at the time of order. But it arrived in a week and my daughter was thrilled to get it for Christma.
