Our 18 inch doll fits the top and the bottom 2 levels fit 12 inch doll. My kids love it. They destory the furniture but thats ok beause im so glad i dont have buy a house again. We love how it secures to the wall too.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Misleading description We purchased this doll house for our daughter and went with this one over the Barbie Dream House because of the quality of kidkraft. However, it does not fit a doll that is 11.5" even though the house is categorized as fitting 12" dolls. Customer service will even tell you that it will "fit a Barbie doll" and will fit dolls up to 12" inches. If you are purchasing this house for Barbie dolls I would advise you to go with a different house.
