Check your stores! Got this for my daughters Christmas gift and it was only $150! Glad I read reviews though so I can make sure to get what I need

Solid unit!
Very easy to put together, perfect size, will eventually build an addition when it goes outside and my daughter is a bit older. She absolutely loves it and spend 99% of her time in and out ringing the door bell.

THE WORST HARDWARE
Screws don’t take hold in wood, even with a drill. Problem with the wood or the screws, I can’t tell which, but it makes it completely impossible to construct the house. I am junking the whole thing —

Poor Quality: Split wood & Missing Pieces
Extremely disappointing quality. Several pieces of wood were split & broken. Not enough hardware to complete. Required a run to the hardware store to get missing items to finish assembling. Certainly cute when assembled but definitely not worth the cost.

Cheaply made
This playhouse is so cute BUT very cheaply made. There aren’t pre drilled holes and when we were drilling holes, you could hear and see the wood cracking. Parts of the actual house frame have chunks missing and dents all around. The hinges where it’s been folded do t come together nicely (easy for small fingers to get stuck) It was supposed to be for our daughters second birthday but honestly, I feel like I’d be giving her something somewhat dangerous and “cheap”.

Oceanfront Playhouse
We love the actual playhouse. It’s good quality and very cute. However, we did not receive the proper hardware to put it together, even after contacting customer service to request it. We were also missing the awning and when it finally came, it was missing the metal piece that is supposed to attach it to the underside of the window. Needless to say, the house is put together, but definitely not in the way it is supposed to be. We were just tired of waiting for missing parts and wanted our daughter to have her birthday present to play with before her next birthday.

Beautiful playhouse
It is absolutely beautiful! We set ours up in the house to avoid having to satin and weatherproof the playhouse. The only down side was, it took my husband many hours to assemble. But no split wood pieces like other reviews.

Missing parts and past the 90 day warranty
I bought this as a christmas gift and they are just putting it together now for the girls. Its hard to put something together without the screws and stuff. No idea what length the screws are..very dissappointed to have to now take the time to find the correct hardware
