Mauvaise qualité
J’ai réalisé cet achat car j’avais reçu un bon d’achat de KidKraft suite à la commande de la table picnique arrivée avec beaucoup de défauts et accessoires abîmés. J’aurai du rester sur le fait que la table était en piteux état car la chaise longue est de même qualité, le bois qui part en morceaux type échardes d’une quinzaine de centimètres, notice quasi vide donc montage compliqué, le porte gobelet a été très compliqué à rentrer dans son emplacement certaines vis sont trop longues et ressortent de l’autre côté donc potentiellement dangereux pour les enfants bref ces mobiliers enfants sont vendus assez cher et la qualité n’est clairement pas à la hauteur du prix de vente! Je pense que KidKraft en est conscient car propose bien vite des bons d achat assez importants, mais qu’ils jouent sur le côté esthétique et savent que ça vendra toujours car quand on voit le prix on pense à tort : qualité!

The canopy and cushions fade and look terrible after two summers. I called customer service and was told they don’t sell the replacement items.
