If your purchase was made within the last 90 days and you have proof of purchase, you can submit a warranty claim using the form to receive replacement parts at no cost. If your product is outside the 90-day window, you’ll still be able to order the parts you need. Click here to purchase replacement parts.

Product Information

If you enter a batch code other than what is displayed on your item, the replacement parts you receive will not be compatible with the item you have. This is extremely important as there are no returns or refunds on replacement part orders

Please Note: We value your business and want to ensure your satisfaction. In the case of a manufacturer error, replacement parts are covered under warranty for 90 days from the date of purchase from the retailer. Delivery within North America usually takes 7 - 10 business days. For the rest of the world, expect delivery in 10 - 14 days.
