Rated 5 out of 5 by RaymondGW from Absolutely gorgeous! This is such a high quality dollhouse. It's super important to follow the instructions in the Bilt app instead of the paper ones, but the dollhouse is beautiful. Lots of pieces and plenty of memories to be made here. It's huge!

Does it have any working lights or have sounds?  Which dollhouses have lights and sound features?  Are there accessories (lights, toilet, etc that have working sounds) that can be purchased ?

The dollhouse does not included any lights and sounds. We have several dollhouses with lights and sounds-https://www.kidkraft.com/us_en/catalogsearch/result/?q=+Dollhouses+with+lights+%26+sound. What app can I get for instructions and where do I get it

I just googled the dollhouse name asking for videos on How to Build & found videos on YouTube!  Then I was able to start & stop it as I worked!!  By the way, I’m a 72 yr old Grammy. Also, watching these videos helped make it possible for me to build a much more complicated corner kitchen; also from KidKraft which wasn’t an easy build!!!

Is there a list of materials that this is made of? and anything used to treat it?

The dollhouse is made from Wood, MDF (medium density fiberboard), Plastic, and Plexiglass. There is no treatment used on the dollhouse. All KidKraft products are tested to meet or exceed all Government mandated safety, testing and quality standards for all countries in which they are sold.-The KidKraft Customer Care Team #14003
