Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great playset We bought this playset through Sam’s club back in October of this year. It shipped quickly and we did not have any damaged parts. The instructions are clear and fairly easy to navigate. The best piece of advice I can give you is to take all of the hardware out of the packaging and sort it out using an assortment box. I’ll include a photo below to show what I did. Seems overboard but it was super easy to find the correct parts for each step. The worst part of installation was how the boards were all in different boxes, no order really. Make sure you take them out and put them in numerical order, this step will save your sanity. lol I went ahead and stained the majority of the wood (paint rep) I know the original stain won’t last more than a year in the south. If you made it this far… then you’re more than likely about to make a purchase. It’s worth it. My kids love it. I weight 210 and was able to climb up top, go down the slides, crawl through the tunnel, and swing. So it’ll hold your kiddos easily. I installed this by myself. The only time I needed help was the last Insert for the slide, it is tricky with only two hands. But the rest, it can be done with one person if you’re handy. Probably took me about 18 working hours, this wasn’t built in a rush, I took my time and I would suggest that to anyone as you have a ton of steps. It’s well worth the money. I’m 100% happy with my purchase. I wouldn’t have left a review if I wasn’t so impressed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great buy! We bought this with the intention of hiring someone to put this together for us. Once that installer read the reviews they were turned off on how much time it would take. We ended up getting neighbor help and finished it in 14 hours. 3-4 main people for the whole 14 hours and 2 of us helped for 3 hours building the roofs, rock walls etc. Our kiddos LOVE it and we are so happy with this playset!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks great in the pics! I brought this for my daughter a year ago but due to my mom's autoimmune disease we're just getting ready to build. We organized the wood and noticed that like other reviews a good bit of wood is already split forcing us to purchase additional wood. You'd think the wood would be thicker for the price, but it is thin and soft.Hopefully, the additional wood wouldn't be a much as the swingset is.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Value. Instructions/packaging Bad. When it’s finally done and built, it seems like a great value, but the instructions and parts packaging weren’t as helpful as it could be. How about making “Box 1 of 9” the box with the instruction manual? How about 1 box with all the hardware versus being spread out among the boxes. How about deciding on a screw format and sticking with it (square driver vs Phillips)? We had to search all the boxes for the instructions (paper is more convenient than scrolling on an iPad in a bright day.) Then we had to find the hardware… another box search ensued. Anyhow, there is definite room for improvement to make it user friendly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok playset Not impressed with the red cedar and how soft it is. Also not impressed with the instruction manual. However the kids love it and it looks nice. But the tube slide has cracked after 1 month of use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great playset! My kids love this playset! I was able to put it together in a weekend. The directions were pretty easy to follow. Some parts were damaged from shipping but customer service was quick to replace the damaged parts. All our neighbor have commented on how awesome it is and how envious their kids are of our playset!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value, but tough build This configuration maximizes features in a consolidated footprint and at a reasonable price. The build took every bit of 26 hours with two people, even with using 4 drills and having every tool readily available. The hardest part was the tube slide and almost the most time consuming. The other most time consuming part was organizing the pieces and taking inventory of all the parts. I had two folding tables full of hardware and a yard full of wood pieces. The wood seemed semi-fresh, with limited splitting. Overall a satisfied customer. Would like a play set that included a zip line post. I will modify this one to have one come off the backside. The kids love it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality wood. This playset looks great, but the wood used is extremely soft and split easily. The plastic parts, connectors and windows, etc do not lline up for the most part. I ended up replacing many of the wooden parts with higher quality wood. Should have taken the time to build from scratch. Would have saved a ton of cash and feel safer letting the kids play.
