Don’t use installation service Go Configure.
DO NOT hire Go Configure to install play set! Shame on kidcraft for even recommending them. Waited six weeks and then they only built 1/3 of it. Had to call repeatedly with no response. Finally finished it. Play set is not as sturdy as I thought it would be. Way too much money for poor quality and WAY TOO MUCH MOBEY paid for installation. Not happy!

Nice Playset my little ones are loving it! Swing set only has one standard swing. Kids tend to fight who's getting on the one swing. But twin slide makes up for it. Nice "view" on top. Make note to place in OPEN space. As to not see through neibors private lot. Enjoying the memories and more to come.

Don’t buy this play set
HORRIBLE customer service ! Came broken and customer service has yet to get back to me about sending replacements. Delivery was a disaster! I’m so disappointed with how much I spent and this terrible experience! I would never recommend this company to anyone !

Do not bother.
I paid $1200 for install and it’s almost a month later and can’t get the company to return a call or show up. They have no called no showed and now won’t schedule. So don’t bother unless you can build it yourself.
