With upgraded amenities such as farmhouse sink, tile-look backsplash and built-in chalkboard, this functional and fun wooden kitchen will entertain kids for many meals to come. Teach farm-to-table concepts with the planter boxes that house three carrots and red onions that can be "grown" and "harvested" for cooking. Nice features, great for big kids
Looks great, and my 5 yo loves it. I like that the drawers in the oven and dishwasher slide out. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is that the quality wasn’t what I was expecting. My friend has an older version of this, and hers was solid wood, including all the handles. The wood on this version is pressboard (or like it). And the handles are plastic. The clear plastic for the microwave also seems flimsy, and we’ll see if it will stand the test of time/use by my 5 and 3 yo.

Pastel Kitchen
The instructions are horrible. I have assembled many things and this was bad. Maybe colored instructions and a video would help decifer where the from of the side is. In Direction (1) it doesn't say which side the slider goes on and which way the groove should be. Come on you can do better. Would love to give 5 stars but the instructions have been brought to your attention for years and zero changes have been made.

Good kitchen!
It's a nice kitchen, good size. It wasn't very difficult to assemble, but I ended up mixing up the white and pink screws in places. My 4 year old daughter plays with it for a long time. I like that the gas switches make a sound. I put a motion sensor light in the oven, every time the oven opens, the light comes on. I also have an idea of putting some kind of bell in the microwave, but I don't know how to do that yet. The only downside is the unpleasant smell of paint, from the new kitchen, I wish it had not been there.

Great kitchen
It did take a while to build just like furniture and for the most part the screws were close to the video we found on YouTube on how to build this model. Maybe if the company could update the video to assist with the instruction manual it would help with the confusion In building.
My daughter loves this. Now we wished for the model with lights and sounds but its a great project to do.
