Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mold everywhere after only a few months of rain We loved this playhouse, it’s the perfect size and our 3 year old spent many summer hours in it. But as soon as it started raining it started to grow mold ALL over. So far the company’s response has been we should clean it and spray it with a water proof product. I should think something made to go outside would give us at least a few years before we would need to do that. I’m so disappointed. If you live anywhere that it rains DO NOT buy this. I expect better from this company.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute overall, lots of work! Many defective parts If we had received all the parts in good condition and not broken, split, warped and bowed... this could be a gorgeous set but there were so many issues with things being defective and damaged, not lining up.. the roof panels didn’t set properly on one another and it looks awful and so many things took forever to build because of one being off and then the next was too. It took two adults 5 or 6 days of probably a good 25-30 hours of labor. Next time I’d pay someone to do it! It looks alright but we had quite a few flaws that bugged me for a $1200 play set. Not sure if we will try to fix them or just leave them as is. It’s kind of a luck of the draw as to whether you end up with good parts or damaged ones. I was exhausted after so many days of building this and glad it’s done. The kids 4 & 5 1/2 love it so far and couldn’t wait to slide and run up the ladder and climbing wall to go up top. They missed the playground after being home for months. This is a bit on the small size so I’d say 6-7 year olds would have to duck to get in and may be too tall. My five year old has to duck to get in the doorways.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sent broken replacement parts- slide not sturdy This has mostly been really fun for my 4 year old but we were sent the wrong pieces for the slide and then sent a broken replacement piece. We put the slide together and now (the next day), the wooden support piece under the slide is broken. The entire playhouse shakes when my daughter goes down. The slide is not sturdy and that's a huge disappointment.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheaply made Very cheaply made wood products screws bolts nuts washers all from China. Instructions are not very good half the parts can’t be identified because of the wood stain. Hopefully it will last a couple years before the wood rots

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for our yard, doesnt take up too much spac We love it. Its perfect. We have such a small backyard, but this doesnt take that much slace away. It does take about 12-15 hours to put together. We put post-its on the wood to label them, so we wouldnt be going crazy looking for pieces when we needed them. And no supplies were missing. Its a great purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Could be better. Missing pieces. Customer service is hard to reach and they still haven’t gotten back to me with a straight answer. Wood isn’t very good quality

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great clubhouse! I would second what other's have said. Overall building took about 16 hours by myself with help on the slide. The slide is particularly frustrating as the pieces dont line up easily. The exit has two bolts in particular that took me almost 30 minutes to get in as there isnt enough room to hold the bolt and screw it in. It was difficult even with needle nose pliers. They should let you know that depending on when you line up the different slide pieces there is one hole that doesnt line up with anything. The slide may make you go Chevy Chase on it, and will require two people. My son loves the clubhouse! AP

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shelter in place project We're sheltering in place and I figured if I can't take the kid to the slide, I'll bring the slide to the kid. I consider myself one step beyond Ikea level construction and I found the instructions easy to follow. It took me about a week and a half to build at a leisurely pace. There were a few weather proofing pieces missing but I don't think they're critical in California. The slide was a bit of a pain to install :). I recommend the house. My 3-year old loves it, and it was compact enough to fit in our back yard. I can see why they say it will only last until he's 10, but for now he's going to have a lot of fun with it.
