Good bang for the buck
Somewhat straightforward and concise instructions Many times along the buildout, I felt that the 'next' steps were not very logical, and because I had read ahead each night, I figured a better sequence to prevent possible damage to an installed piece that didn't warrant being installed at that particular time. Overall, the quality and pre-drilled accuracy made the process somewhat satisfying and, at times, almost fun.

Beware of KidKraft
Don’t waste your money on kidkraft products. We have this swing set up 6 months now and the stain is peeling off. Sent pictures to kidkraft they said, “it’s not under warranty, but we will send you a list of parts you can purchase.” It’s 6 months old!!!! And cost over $2,500…

Would not recommend
We finally were able to get the swing set put up after having 4 people assist and 2 full weekends of work. Not all the holes lined up for where the screws should have been. My husband needed to make his own holes in multiple parts. Swing set was up for maybe 3 months and was knocked down in a storm. I reached out to KidKraft and they were absolutely no help at all telling me there was NOTHING they could do for me and to file a claim with my insurance. I asked to buy the replacement pieces out right and they told me no. Also the anchors are not suitable for the swing set, in my opinion I would buy stronger more durable ones. I am very displeased with how kidkraft has handled the situation. My husband and I worked extra hours for a year to save money to buy this swing set for our kids and it’s sad to say we have had it up less time than it took to save up to get it. My husband, kids, and myself are devastated to say the least. I would not recommend this just for the fact how kidkraft has handled this situation.

Wow! Playtastic.
I saved $1000 ordering this from you guys. It was so much bigger than it looked in the pics and i couldn't be more happier. It was not complicated to assemble but took a few days . My husband would work on it a few hours at a time after work. My kids cant get enough. Their friends love it as well.

You get what you pay for
First I want to start with the horrible delivery. They had one man doing delivery and he dropped the entire package 4 ft off the truck and then couldn’t get it in the driveway himself so thankfully we were home to help. This took probably about 24-30 hours total. It is good for my 2 year olds but I believe that it isn’t sturdy enough for older kids as it is a cheaper quality.

Loved by the children unpopular with the builers
The children love it!! They couldn't wait until it was completed and they could play on it!! While the children are 3 & 4 I'm not sure they will be able to utilize the playset until they are 10. Some of the openings seem small but they should be able to enjoy it for many years. However there were some hiccups with the construction process. While we did an inventory of the parts we did not count EVERY screw, bolt and nut. We were short of some very important ones!! Luckily we are a construction based family and had on hand some substitutes. Packaging of the pieces could have been more consumer friendly. If sections were packaged together assembly time may be decreased. A lot of time was spent organizing the boards and hardware. The directions for the turbo twisty slide were confusing and lacking. Also the printed part numbers on some pieces are showing after construction and while this doesn't matter to the children it does detract from the playset's attractiveness. Would I recommend this playset to others...yes but get it while the children are small!!
