Batch Code
The Item Batch Code is specific to the item that needs parts replacements. It is a long series of numbers and/or letters, separated by slashes. Ex. XXXXXX/XXXXXE/XX-XXXX. There are several locations where you can locate the Item Batch Code.
On the outside of the box:
In the back of the assembly sheet:
On the back or bottom of any KidKraft product:
