Unfortunate
Nice swing set, but upon delivery the delivery truck backed into my mailbox and broke it. I assume he realized what he did because he was quick to leave according to my ring camera. I would like to purchase products in the future, but I fear more damage to my property may come.

Great Playset
We purchased this at the end of July and finally assembled it over Labor Day weekend. The kids love it and spend as much time as they can on the set. We spent about 8 hours total over three days (heat and children were a factor) between my husband & myself. Highly recommend reading through the steps and organizing the hardware before hand and having a charged drill on hand. The extra 30 minutes of doing that saved us time in the long run.

Fun for years!
I purchased this swing set play area for my granddaughters (4 and 1 ½) because they love to play outside and I wanted something that would last for more than one season. This play set is great so far! It is made of wood and plastic and is much sturdier than I thought it would be. The girls have been having a great time, mainly with the swings, but also my oldest loves the slides and being able to go up in her little room. Be advised, make sure you measure the area you are wanting to set up your swings and make sure there is enough room for the swings to go back and forth and for the slides (especially the landing area for the kiddos when they come down!) Also, this set took 4 adults about 10 hours to put together. There is a lot going on. BUT, once it's all done, it is definitely worth it!

Cheap wood
I purchased this playset in April for my 2 year old son, got it installed in May and dicovered it was cheap wood. on May 21st while my son was playing on the set the ladder cracked. my son is 28 pounds and luckily i was standing there to make sure he didnt fall. for the price i am highly disappointment with the quality

4h de montage à 3 pour la partie cabane puis 9h à 2.

Grandchildren LOVING it!
Thought I was done with swingsets but with the arrival of five grandchildren within 2 1/2 years, "they pulled me back in!"
Chose this because it has all the features I thought they'd enjoy....have to say that I'm largely satisfied and would recommend. The wood is soft and easy to work with - that's the good news. As others have said though, it arrived damaged in a few places and somewhat unsightly (eventually I'll end up painting it anyway).
I assembled it myself over a period of four days - a bad back hampered me. The set is well-designed for safety and enjoyment and the instructions are superb. Read carefully, don't get ahead of yourself and take it in small bites if you have to. Assembly is not difficult but the tube slide can be tricky - be accurate with the nuts and bolts and their placement. Sort the pieces and the hardware beforehand, there's A LOT to inventory. Thankfully I wasn't missing anything. Note the playhouse section doesn't have a floor, I'm putting one in.
All-in-all quite happy with my decision and the kids are loving it already. The smiles on their faces made all the hours of work worthwhile!

Wishing we had a Play Set aus
Arrived Damaged
We are so excited to have ordered the Wrangler Wray Play Set. However, it arrived damaged with a couple of broken parts. While KidKraft offered to replace the broken parts, they have also stated that said parts are backordered and they have no ETA for when they will be back in stock. Also, KidKraft customer service has not responded to our requests for a refund or exchange. We now have the broken pieces in our garage, no ETA and haven't been able to reach customer service for about the last week. So, unfortunately, wouldn't recommend ordering directly from KidKraft.

Meh quality, kids love it though
Arrived broken from shipping. Had to wait two weeks to get replacement parts. Took about 9 hours to assemble mostly by myself. My wife helped with the slide assembly and install which definitely helped to have two people. Some splits in some of the wood pieces so probably going to need some replacement parts for those as well. Kids love it, but quality and directions are pretty meh.
