Horrible customer service
The purchase process is a breeze, if you want to cancel or return your item forget it. I tried canceling the order within an hour of placing it and no one would contact me back either through email or phone until after the order had shipped. Then they said they couldn’t cancel it because it had shipped. Very convenient for them. Also when wanting to return they tell you you have to pay for shipping. That means paying more than half of the items value to return it. When I told the manager I spoke with I didn’t think this was fair as I had tried to cancel the order and no one would contact me back she responded by saying if returning the item put me in financial hardship to sell it on facebook. I will never purchase anything kid Kraft again. Their customer service needs a lot of work.

Assembly quite difficult And very time consuming. I had to use a knife to shave off some parts to slide in and still have one door that doesn’t fit. Not sure this was worth the cost!

Superb Quality and functionality
I’m on my daughters 5th kitchen, and I’ve assembled them all. This Kidkraft kitchen is absolutely beautiful and she loves it. I used the built app and the steps were clearly outlined. If you are a handy person it will take you less time to build than what’s estimated. You literally just need a philips screwdriver. I purchased a swing set, dollhouse, and this kitchen from Kidkraft, and I have nothing but positive feedback on their products.

the instructions were easy to follow! the pictures helped. I accidentally put one piece on wrong because sometimes it was hard to see which side should be facing you. Definitely the easiest wooden play toy to put together! took about 1 hr 30-45 mins.
I’m sure my daughter will love this! I got it because it has a microwave with buttons and sounds , a stove top with lights and sounds! Also, a functioning ice maker!

The step by step illustrations allowed me visualize the instructions in a way that took the guess work out of it. Being able to replay, rotate, and zoom in was a game changer when I would doubt the proper positioning of a particular piece.
Looks like tons of fun, my kids are going to love this.
