Big fun, but middle quality
Let me start by saying, my kids aged 2, 4 and 7 very much enjoy this KidKraft Retro Cool Play Kitchen. A huge draw is the faucet that makes water sounds (and keeps my 2 year old entertained just as much as a real faucet but with less mess). I was most pleased with the generous amount of kitchen accessories and pretend food included so you don’t have to buy those separately.I do have some reservations about the set’s assembly and design. It took me an hour and 45 mins to assemble it solo. The instructions are straightforward except when they aren’t. The numbered items and manual lulls you into a sense of simple assembly only to be thrown by inconsistencies. For instance, there are two #6 pieces and both are marked, but there are also two 4F and 4B blocks, but only one of each is marked. Piece #14 has a sticker with the number 41 on it (there is no #41 in the instructions). Piece #22 had no identifying sticker on it at all. All of these inconsistencies slowed down my assembly time and were frustrating. The longterm structural integrity of the kitchen could benefit from some wood glue (especially on the sections with wood plugs) but I’m not confident enough in the instructions to glue during the initial setup and I really don’t want to take it apart to glue and reassemble. The pieces are nicely packed and protected for the most part, but there are some minor defects, which must have been made at the factory. There are also some curious design choices. There is effort to conceal screws and some are even painted when not concealed, but then the bottom of the oven is just four unpainted and unfinished blocks of pine giving this set a mixture of higher and lower quality looks. The doors aren’t kept in place very well. The plastic door stops don’t always keep the doors shut and I’m worried after some wear and tear that they won’t hold the doors at all. For that reason, I really recommend this for a lesser used situation like a grandparent’s house or a single child household. Don’t get me wrong, my kids love this kitchen, but if you need something that’s very sturdy and will withstand a lot of use this might not be it.

Great kitchen for little humans
My one year old adores her kitchen. She is an average size and the kitchen is slightly too big for her. She can reach the faucet to turn it on. It's perfect size for my four year old. It comes with variety of dishes and food. The fridge, microwave and oven can be used as storage for the dishes and play food.
As far as building the kitchen, it comes unassembled and has to be put together. It took my husband about an hour to put it together. All the hardware was included.
The kitchen is made of durable material and will last you for a long time.
The design is beautiful and I really like that it's neutral color and would fit both girls and boys. The gold details are a huge plus.
Very beautiful kitchen. I wish I had one when I was a kid.

Nostalgia!...in a good way!
With its vintage design and attention to detail, this toy has brought a sense of nostalgia along with a world of creative possibilities. One of the most striking features of this play kitchen is its thoughtful design that perfectly captures the essence of retro style. From the vibrant colors to the charmingly outdated appliances, every detail transports both children and adults alike to a bygone era. The attention to detail is impeccable, and it adds a level of authenticity that enhances the overall play experience. The durability and sturdiness of this play kitchen are also commendable. It is built to withstand the rough and tumble of imaginative play, ensuring that it will provide countless hours of entertainment. The knobs, buttons, and handles are designed to mimic the real thing, giving children a realistic and interactive experience as they pretend to cook, prepare meals, and engage in imaginative role play. Another aspect that sets this retro toy apart is its versatility. It comes with several accessories, including pots, pans, utensils, and play food items, allowing children to unleash their culinary creativity. This interactive play fosters their social and cognitive skills while encouraging them to explore their imagination. It's fantastic to witness children inventing recipes or serving up creative meals as they engage in pretend play.

Stylish and Fun Addition to Any Playroom
I got this for my 7-year-old as a kitchen upgrade to her current play kitchen. Ever since she was a toddler she's loved cooking pretend food for the entire family. We saw this kitchen and she immediately wanted it. The kitchen has a vintage feel to it, but still modern. It includes high-end appliances such as a refrigerator and freezer in a fun turquoise color. The geometric backsplash adds personality to the kitchen and there's even a pot filler faucet! The knobs on the kitchen turn and click and the faucet makes sounds and lights up as well. There are some dishes, play food, and utensils included to your little one can immediately immerse themselves into cooking in their new kitchen. This makes for a great addition to any playroom.

Adorable
This is an adorable little play kitchen. It does come in quite a few pieces to assemble but the instructions are very easy to follow and pieces are all labeled well. Put it together in under a hour. The sounds are really fun!

We love this kitchen!
This play kitchen is too cute! One of the cabinets didn’t close the best, but we were able to fix it. It took me about 2 hours to assemble, and it’s very sturdy! Our kids are at this kitchen all the time
