5-star potential
I am putting this together for my 4yo son from Santa so I don’t know as far as my sons review but he specifically requested this playset. It hasn’t been too complicated with the assembly, however, I wouldn’t wait until Christmas Eve to begin. Colored pages for the assembly instructions would also have been nice. I had to continuously look at the colored photos on the product page to try to determine what piece goes where and I still had to redo a couple of times. I believe it has 5 star potential however I am down to the last few steps and the top blue piece on the left is defective and unrepairable. I will try to attach a photo. It seems to be a rather important piece because the screws go into a lock nut but the wood is too thin. It looks like it may have been bought and put together by another customer and since the wood piece is so thin, it split which caused the plastic lock but to fall out so....I will update my review depending on what I find out from support.

My grandson loves it. Assembly issues
Definitely not a Christmas Eve assembly project! However, it's not that bad. Looks daunting but it's doable. One caveat: really, really understand how the parts come together..especially the ones you screw in. Once you screw in the part, the hole is stripped. There is no second chance. I would suggest keeping the photo in this ad handy as reference! There is no detail photo of the finished product in the 14 page manual.

My kids play with this a ton! Great set.
This is a fantastic set and offers endless hours of play for my two boys (2 and 4yo). The doors to each garage are breaking often due to the screws that fall out, but I've emailed customer support to send replacement wood doors and screws since either the screws seems to Be faulty or the door holes were predrilled too large. Should be an easy fix, otherwise it's quite durable and they love it!

The wooden piece over the police station side completely shattered and now it’s missing from the set and it looks awful. My son loves this set but that set is disappointing.

Great for my son! My daughter loves it too!
My son loves his new "dollhouse". My daughter enjoys playing with it as well and we love that it came with two people dogs and vehicles making it completely ready to play.
