Horrible quality and response
Worst purchase I have ever made. The package I received came damaged so I reached out to them to resolve this before writing a review. They did not ask any questions, just sent a new frame only. Many of the smaller pieces were cracked and defective but they did not offer any replacement for that. The new frame is 100 a different color than the original so I cannot even replace the broken frame. Should have just bought the wood from a Home Depot and made it myself for half the money and twice the quality.
Attempted to leave this review on Wayfair and they deleted it.

Hillcrest Playhouse
The house is very pretty! My daughter loves it. My only complaint is the box says ez construction, just pops together, but fails to mention the 138 screws that need to be attached. Took about 2 hours to build. But, the material is a good quality and what you would expect from KidKraft. This house should last us years.

Love this playhouse!
My grandchildren love it! They are in and out all the time. Easy to assemble. Now I am looking for some good outdoor playhouse toys. I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived by Friday, unbelievable!! The representative I spoke with was knowledgeable and delightful.

Perfect playhouse
Sturdy and well made playhouse that my granddaughter loves. Not too diffucult to assemble. The playhouse easily holds her and her best friend. Hopefully she will enjoy it for many years.

Perfect for small children
This little playhouse is perfect for our 2 year old granddaughter. It was actually easier to put together than some of the other furniture and toys we’ve purchased. She loves it and we have been able to put our own little touches on it.
