Worth the price
Amazing quality but definitely takes some serious time to build. My husband and 2 other men were able to build it in about 10 hours split over 3 days. Nothing comes put together (which is fine!) and it was delivered by semi truck.

LOVE IT!
Customer Swevice by SAIA was phenomenal. Communication was great, and they even made accommodations to deliver later in the evening when my kiddos were sleeping so not to spoil the surprise! Delivered on one big pallet with 5 boxes and the double slide. Took my husband and I 2 days to put together. We really enjoyed the building process. The directions were precise and everything was well labeled. We used 3 8foot folding tables to organize all the pieces and parts before starting the build, and feel this made a huge difference in the time it took. It was nice that the hardware came with the bits for the drill! This is a very sturdy and stable swingset. Seems the engineers thought of everything. Kiddos are 2, 3, and 5. They love their “playground”. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment!

Fantastic experience. Instructions were easy to follow. Everything was packaged nicely. Every piece is numbered. Every piece was cut as specified. Because KidKraft made this installation so user friendly, I was able to put this together with very little help from anyone else. Highly recommended.

Easy to Assemble and Great Playset
This playset has a LOT of parts and different hardware, but it was easy to assemble for my husband and I. It took us 2 full days, so it is not a "quick" build. Our toddler absolutely loves it and played with every piece immediately. I am looking forward to many years of memories with this playset!

DO NOT BUY FROM KIDKRAFT
I ordered this swing set for my daughter for Christmas a month in advance. Weeks went by the item still hasn’t shipped. I called customer service multiple times asking for answers and they kept saying we are waiting on product to get in warehouse then it will be another 2 weeks to ship. 2 weeks till Christmas comes around and I call again and then they tell me that they over sold the product and don’t even have it to ship. They tried to argue with me saying I bought it as a presale which is not true because when I bought it the estimated delivery times were still showing it would be here before Christmas. They changed and said now the product wouldn’t ship till end of December and then another 2 weeks for delivery to me. So I had to cancel my order and now my daughter’s Christmas is reunion as she will have nothing Christmas morning because this company gave me the run around. Their customer service is poor and they only care about the money not customer satisfaction. Considering how they treated me even if I got the product I could guarantee they wouldn’t stand by their product. So please please do not buy from this company. I’m spreading the word and telling all my friends and family the same thing. Other people said the same thing happened to them on reviews I read and I wish I would have listened to them.

Not worth the headache and incompetence
I can’t accurately rate the quality of the product because I never received it. What I can tell you is about the quality of service, or rather, the lack of it. When ordered, the site showed 4-8 weeks for delivery and I added installation as well. I was contacted and told 12 weeks was the soonest it could be done because “they’re very busy”. I asked for installation to be removed and refunded and delivered to my house as a DIY instead. Despite multiple emails and calls indicating they would cancel assembly and installation and get back with me about delivery as DIY, several different people telling me they’d reach back out via phone/email (they didn’t) I found out that instead, they cancelled the entire playground. When I called in yet again, upset and confused, I was told "you can order it again", as if that would ever happen. I was also told that a supervisor would contact me. I'll let you guess whether or not that happened. So instead, we ordered a playset from a different company that is delivering in time for my daughter's birthday. I've never encountered such incompetence and general lack of customer service/care from a company.
