Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Result! I successfully managed to built the entire unit by my self but having extra help is strongly advised. Some feedback I can give however is have a big area available to organise the parts. There is a LOT of different parts in several boxes. I found that from the very first page that I needed parts from different boxes, so one ends up opening all the boxes very early on. This leads to a lot of time "searching" for the right part. Therefore, having a clear dedicated spare to organise your pieces (either by ID or size, etc) is worth doing. The same for the fasteners (screws, bolts etc). I ended up using a parts organiser draw/cabinet/trays to store the many different types of fasteners. The use of a drill (or impact driver in my case) came in very helpful - screwing in the fasteners by hand would of taken for ever. Make sure you used a rubber hammer or a sacrificial piece of 2x4 to hammer in the stakes - otherwise you will split stakes, rendering them useless. No parts were missing, though the printing on the wood was vague and difficult to read at times - hence suggesting you take the time before hand to organise the parts. I personally semi built the unit up until page 26 (Step 6) before digging. This allowed me to finalise the position of the unit and then mark where I needed to dig. This meant I didn't need to dig a whole big area, just the area for the main fortress. Having a laser level helped as I was able to very accurately dig and level tranches for the footings to fit into. As my child is barely 2 years old, I skipped the monkey bars entirely - fortunately, there was two spare pieces to in the set to block off the entrance, thus keeping it safe. I think this was forward thinking by the manufacturer - thanks. I ended up laying a small decking at the bottom of mine using some wood from my local hardware store. Easy enough to do and finished the job off nicely. Suggestions for the manufacturer would be to organise the parts in boxes in order. Having to grab parts from box 1,3,4 and 6 for the first part (climbing ladder) really frustrated me. If not, perhaps note the box the item is in - going back and forth from parts list to instruction wasted so much time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great play structure, very strong and very well designed. Great play structure, very strong and very well designed. During construction, my son and I (230 lbs. and 190 lbs.) were on it without any concerns. Yes, we were both able to sit on the swings too. No parts were missing, and they provide many extra nuts, screws, bolts, etc.. Yes, a few of the boards did not have full number stamping on the end, but it was easy to identify the boards by the dimensions and picture as listed in the front of the instructions. We did put a half yard of sand underneath and it makes a great sand box. We also bought a piece of screen to lay on top of the sand to keep out cats. Unpacking and full assembly will take around 20-24 hours and the tunnel slide is easier to assemble if there is a second person. I knew that my 2 year old grandson would be a year or two away from using the monkey bars so we planned to either block it off until he was ready, or buy a stepladder attachment to mount there. However, they did intentionally provide two extra wall boards, and they would be perfect for blocking off the monkey bars until he is ready. Love the extra hardware! Thanks!
