Rated 1 out of 5 by Mozart from Never buying anything from Kidkraft again, ever. Beware, this is for "IMAGINARY PLAY" and sounds nothing at all like a piano. You would be better served creating a piano out of cardboard and sitting with your child and drawing the keys on the cardboard. Was a disappointment from start to finish, and if you dare be dissatisfied with the quality of your purchase, be prepared to receive a condescending tone something like "We are sorry you thought you were buying a grand piano" and then have to shell out the money to send this product back to them. I had to get an authorization code to return it, had to write it on the box, and pay to return it. I got the code, sent it back, the only option was next day with FedEx Ground, have proof of delivery and am still waiting to see any refund. The way this is going, I am not holding any hope really that any refund will happen. Done with KidKraft, so done.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Priya from Broken and no customer support It was broken when it arrived. Some of the keys don't make any sound, they're misaligned and some are stiff while others are loose. I also tried calling customer service to get this corrected, was on hold for 45 minutes, no one picked up. I bought this for my son's first birthday and wanted it to be fixed before he opened it, but we had no choice. Now we just have a broken piano in his room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Majordee from Great toy piano! This is a great little toy piano. The key placement is correct and you can actually play a song. It is very well constructed as well. My granddaughter loves it! Less expensive than a Schoenhutt, but still great for a 3 year old!
