Excellent customer service.
I bought this last year on sale. Just got it put together and we’re missing several pieces. It is past the 90 day warranty period. I contacted Walmart and they said there was nothing they could do. I contacted Kidcraft and they are making it right. Sending the most important missing piece. I wrote a review but this is a new, updated one! Thanks Kidcraft! I’ll be a loyal customer forever!

So disappointed!
I bought this for my granddaughter’s birthday. Bought while it was on sale and just got it put together yesterday. We were missing so many parts and the entire bench was missing. Because it was past 90 days, I have to try and purchase those missing pieces. Do better Kidcraft and Walmart!

Missing, non fitting and broken pieces
I received this for my granddaughter's birthday, when we opened it to put it together not only did it take all day, but we noticed that there were several missing pieces. Getting ahold of anyone has been impossible. I would think twice before buying this.

Nice House
Got it on sale and happy with the results! The walls come pre-built but there's still a lot of small pieces to assemble. Over 300 screws and took me about 3 hours to assemble. Wood has some imperfections, but it is sturdy.

Excellent play house
We bought this playhouse from Walmart and we love it! It’s tall enough inside for me to stand up (I’m 5’7”) my daughter (4 years old) and all Her little friends love it. We painted it pink, white & black to make it more girly

Won’t post my first review. Interesting.
Posted a review with the truth on my experience and the items misrepresentations in the product description and it doesn’t “meet their guidelines”. Why? Because it’s true and you are trying to get people to buy something that is expensive and advertised as something different than what it is? Very disappointing and not a good look for a company. I’ll just post it to Facebook so people don’t get taken advantage of.
