Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall great playhouse Overall this is a good quality product. Our playhouse was, however, missing a board from the rock wall and the plastic slide panels had significant, large scratches all down the sides. My kids love the playhouse and it is sturdy. I wish that the height of the roof was a little taller. My 6 year old has to duck her head down to fit on both levels and balcony. The description is accurate and I new it would be small for her but there really isn’t a good playhouse option for taller kids that does not include a swing set. I wish there was an option to order some of the other larger playsets without the swing set.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice but very small I searched all over internet and locally to find something built well within the $1200 price range and this seemed to be perfect for my six and three year old grandson. It is for the three year old my my six year old is way too big for it already and he is a normal size child. The whole playhouse is very small and the six year old can not stand up inside or on the little porch. I wish I would have researched it better. Its great do really small young children. But, do you want really young children climbing up that high? It is made excellent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for small yards, Huge assembly project This playhouse is wonderful, especially for small yards like ours. Our kids are currently almost 6 and 2.5. They each love it and it meets their needs together and separately. It is good quality material. The instructions indicate that it would take 3 hours to assemble...that is a complete joke. It took us probably a total of ~25 hours, give or take. I'm sure it could be done faster, but there are A LOT of pieces and A LOT of steps. At times it was fairly easy and almost even fun (!) but the slide was particularly a nightmare to assemble. But it is done and we love it and the kids love it. I do not regret the purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great clubhouse! I would second what other's have said. Overall building took about 16 hours by myself with help on the slide. The slide is particularly frustrating as the pieces dont line up easily. The exit has two bolts in particular that took me almost 30 minutes to get in as there isnt enough room to hold the bolt and screw it in. It was difficult even with needle nose pliers. They should let you know that depending on when you line up the different slide pieces there is one hole that doesnt line up with anything. The slide may make you go Chevy Chase on it, and will require two people. My son loves the clubhouse! AP

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Two Stories of Terrific! Perfect playhouse for city dwellers or folks with a tiny backyard! The two story aspect gives the kids more space to play, as does the winding slide. And the flower boxes are a sweet touch to give it a little flair. My daughter loves the kitchen and my son loves the rock wall. It’s been a wonderful addition to our yard. It took my husband an entire weekend to build alone but it was a labor of love, and is great quality!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great 2 story playground for a small city yard I finally finished building the cozy escape, and it was a full weekend task. It took about 12ish hours. I did about 90-95% on my own but needed help on several pieces (e.g., slide, roof, etc.). The directions were very good, and I had all the pieces,’plus plenty of extra screws/etc. making it pretty straight forward. The labeling of the wood pieces was very helpful and the first thing I did was set them all out around the yard to make it easier to find Then. I fit the unit in a 12’x12’ area, it’s snug with the slide but it fits nicely. Overall, it can be done on your own with the wife’s help here and there in a weekend. The kids love it so far. My kids are 3.5 and 5 and they think it’s their “tree house.” They like the climbing wall and the slide is by far their favorite part. The kitchen is an added bonus and it’s size is perfect for city living. I would recommend this to anyone, especially those who want something bigger in a standard city yard (Denver). I think it will keep the kids happy for sometime, and couldn’t ask for a better addition during our COVID-19 quarantine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shelter in place project We're sheltering in place and I figured if I can't take the kid to the slide, I'll bring the slide to the kid. I consider myself one step beyond Ikea level construction and I found the instructions easy to follow. It took me about a week and a half to build at a leisurely pace. There were a few weather proofing pieces missing but I don't think they're critical in California. The slide was a bit of a pain to install :). I recommend the house. My 3-year old loves it, and it was compact enough to fit in our back yard. I can see why they say it will only last until he's 10, but for now he's going to have a lot of fun with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but beware if you’re the contractor. This needs to be placed on very level ground. I had to build a level foundation and shim extensions. Some parts are not labeled or mislabeled so plan for extra time to sort materials. A pair of adjustable clamps will make your life a lot easier.
