Rated 5 out of 5 by from Grandkids love it Great swing set, had all the parts when it arrived they even sent extra hardware. I put together by myself so its not hard to put together but took along time, about 20 hours 4 or 5 hrs a day for 4 days, hardest part was the tube slide (took about 1/2 the time) but the best way was with the zip ties that I read off of a review on here. Overall the Grandkids love it with plenty of activitys, definitely worth the price and time

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super cute, much smaller than expected. Overall this product is very cute and well-made. It was much smaller and lighter-weight than expected. As other reviews said, the tube slide was EXTREMELY difficult to put together, however not impossible with 2 people. The rest of the assembly was very manageable. We were missing a couple of parts, but were able to still get it together and order the parts to add later. My daughter absolutely loves it, and the addition of the mailbox, sink, stove, and 2 different slides keeps her busy. Overall would recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Price was great! I purchased this play set from Walmart at a really great price on the upside. Downside, the straight slide was missing. After much back and forth between Walmart and kidkraft and 6 phone conversations with 6 different people I was finally able to get a refund from Walmart for the slide and then purchase it from kidkraft. This process should have been much easier on the customer. The tube slide was super difficult to assemble and requires a lot of patience. The set itself is nice and will provide years of fun for my daughter. We chose to give it a bit of a makeover :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful playset Hired three young men to put it together for our granddaughter. It took every bit of the 10-14 hours to assemble as noted in the instructions. We were missing one of the slides and have requested the slide and related hardward.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent and great features We got this from Walmart. It can in 5 boxes. The product and wood looks of good quality. We got a licensed contractor to assemble it for us. It took them 1.5 days for 2 person. My toddler is very happy. She loves the kitchen area inside and the tube slide. She is a little scared to climb the ladder for now. We also installed some solar light to add a nice touch inside the top floor. The mailbox, clock are a good unique feature (besides the kitchen and sink) One thing in shipment : One of the box had damaged part and box 5 never arrived. Walmart was able to issue partial refund and kidskraft were able to ship me the missing and damaged parts. Overall I am highly satisfied with their customer service. They were prompt to resolve all my issues. The sink can use a cover cause when it rains it collects water. Not a huge issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Time consuming but easy directions After seeing all the bad reviews I was sceptical about putting this together. The worst part for me was leveling the ground for the set to sit on. Also the shipping which isn't KidKraft's fault was a hassle but they sent the slide I was missing without making a big deal about it. I'm not sure how reliable it is yet I just got it set up. I'm going to guess the bad reviews are people that might not have ever put anything together. The directions were straight forward and say exactly what you need at the bottom. I did 95% of this by myself. I had help connecting the walls and the beam for the swings. I could have done this myself too but it was easier with a second person. Says three people for the roof? Just grab it and climb up a ladder and put it on top, get in the fort and adjust. I had one broken piece that was fixed with wood glue. I'd make sure you have allen wrench type bits and 7/16th sockets or drivers. I did the tube slide by myself in a few hours. Use one or two zip ties when connecting the pieces to hold them in place if you don't have help until you get a few bolts in. Make sure you read the directions about which way they bolts and nuts go. Also the bottom part of the slide its hard to get two of the bolts and nuts on. I put duct tape on my wrench so the nut didn't keep falling out. You can't get your fingers in the slot very well.
