We at KidKraft want you to be as informed as possible to ensure you get the very best experience with your playset.

Every KidKraft playset is made with premium cedar wood and is built to last. However, as with all outdoor products, exposure to the elements and continued use will weather and wear on it. Performing regular inspections and maintenance goes a long way in prolonging the life and safety of your playset and ensures this investment brings kids joy and playful fun for years.

To help make the inspection process as simple as possible, we've created a one-page maintenance checklist in your instruction manual to be used when inspecting your playset. The list identifies the items to be checked at the start of each play season, twice per month, once per month, and at the end of each play season. It provides you with specific things to routinely check on your hardware, swing hangers, swing ropes and rides, wood parts, ground stakes, and shock-absorbing material.

Performing regular inspections and maintenance is one of the most important things you can do to maximize the enjoyment, safety and life of your KidKraft playset. With a little time for TLC, your outdoor playset will inspire imaginative play for many, many years.
