Great features, cheap wood
Nothing in our set was missing or damaged. Instructions were clear and accurate. Assembly went much better than expected. Take your time and follow the instructions and it will go well. The slides are great and the lookout up top is very cool. My biggest complaint is the quality of the wood. It is exceptionally soft and I have serious doubts of how it will hold up over time. We got the set at the end of season clearance at a great price. After seeing the quality of the wood I never would have paid full price.

Perfect size for my backyard
My son loves this swing and his friends as well, it took around 3 days to put it together, a few minor defects on some of the wood, but I hope it will hold up, other than that I hope we can enjoy it for years to come

Ok product with a few concerns
Overall the product is ok. It definitely takes awhile to put together, but it’s up front about that. There were a handful of parts where pre drilled holes weren’t in the right spots, which caused some issues assembling. One other pretty big concern I have is that after assembly I used a basic garden hose to clean off some bird poop and it wound up damaging the wood in some places. This wasn’t a pressure washer and in no way was the hose steam powerful at all.

Looks great.
Really hard at times , but fun. Good instructions on IPad. Tube slide troubles. Had to reorder 2 pieces due to damage and missing.

Mediocre Materials
I just completed the set on Sunday and ran into a few issues in construction.
1. Both ladders were short about 1.5 inches. For the rock climbing ladder, I had to use wooden blocks to compensate for the difference. I wanted to do the same for the small ladder between the slides leading to the top section but I fear it would cause a tripping hazard. The area is leveled if you're interested.2.The steps/orders within the instruction manual should be re-examined. Also, why are there various updated versions? There are 2 less than a week apart.3.The bottom section design/assembly of the swirl slide should be the next to last step for the slide. With the end bolts/nuts in such a tight space, it's almost impossible to tighten. Should consider installing a rubber or plastic flap in that area.4. A hex bit should be included just like the square bit for a drill. Also, the hex size for the bolts are either too small or large for the standard sized hex tools. Many of them were stripped during the process of installing.5. A safety plate and sticker were not included.

Great value for the price and good directions.
We have only had this set up for one day, so i cannot comment on the durability of this yet. As far as delivery quality, set up ease, and included hardware i was very impressed. The hardware leaves something to be desired. All the square bit bolts had a perfect fit and worked well with a drill. The allen wrench bolts were sloppy and difficult to get in properly because of that. Every piece was clearly labeled and easy to sort. Nothing came damaged at all. We did run out of S0 screws, but were able to easily substitute another short wood screw for the last toy pieces. It took 3 adults working together about 13 hours to put it together. The hardest part was the twisty slide. the last bolts down at the bottom are almost impossible to put in because you can't reach inside to hold the lock nut. Maybe that could be improved upon somehow. Overall, it shipped quickly and i believe it is amazing value for the price. Pay attention to not overtighten anything which is stressed in the directions. It's important for sure.
