I only wish that Kid craft would sell furniture sets separately as I’d love to buy more sets so my daughter can play around with furniture. It’s really hard to find wooded doll house furniture

How long does it take to assemble?

It did take my husband a couple of hours so it wasn’t very easy; but it is very sturdy. My daughter plays with it all the time and a big hit when little girls come over. We’ve had it for 2 years and it is still intact.

Do the caster wheels have a "brake" on the wheel that can be set? I want to purchase this for my granddaughter. They live in a very old house and the floors aren't very level, and we are concerned it will constantly roll into the center of the room.

No. But I don't see it sliding. There would have to be a significant slant for it to roll away.

What is the height, width, depth of the dollhouse? Does it rotate?

The dollhouse is 46" tall, 35" wide, and 28" deep. It is on 4 caster wheels so it can easily be moved in any direction. It is a bit time consuming to put together but super cute once finished. Every room is color coordinated with the furniture.
