It’s a deal.
For the price it’s absolutely great (especially compared to other brands). I put it together solo and it took a solid 9hrs. Lots of little parts to pay attention to and I made a few mistakes.
My kid loves it. Toddler 3 years old. I can’t ask for more than that.

Horrible shipping and customer service
Playground came destroyed. Box was ripped open, almost all the wooden pieces were broken, and even the pallet it came on was demolished. I contacted customer service and explained that I was not comfortable with just replacing the broken pieces in case there were fractures in the support pieces that I couldn’t see. I didn’t want to compromise my children’s safety so I asked for a replacement to be sent and for them to take this one back. They never responded to me and it’s still sitting in 100 pieces in my driveway. Contacting the phone number for customer service today to see if they can actually do something or if they’ll ignore me like the online customer service. Do not recommend

Directions not great
THey don't tell you when it ships that you have to set up an actual delivery with the carrier to actually "GET" your shipment. The directions and diagrams were not fantastic and it took me 2 full days to assemble due to the ridiculous amount of parts that came with it. Otherwise the product itself is fantastic.

A nice sized play set for my 4 and 6 year old. Not quiet as sturdy as I would have liked but considering the price I don’t regret buying it. Did take a few days to put together but all in all we like it

Kids Absolutely Love It
KidKraft Overlook Challenge Swing Set Playset is made with durable long-lasting wood that is aesthetically pleasing. The directions are well done for such a large piece. Some power tools definitely made the assembly easier and you do need two people for some steps. It has so many different activities that is sure to keep kids occupied for hours. I highly recommend this playset.

So fun!
We LOVE this place set! It has provided so much enjoyment to our young daughters. The swing and slide are such a hit. It was somewhat intimidating to put together. The instructions are easy to follow along with but there is just a lot of pieces. It took several hours to put together and I would rate myself a handy person. Overall we are very satisfied with the play set!

Great value
My husband set this up mostly by himself (I helped with some more tricky bits since we didn’t have supports that a more serious handyperson may possess) over the course of a weekend. It is straightforward and the finished product is awesome. Feels sturdy and hopefully is built to last!
