Disappointing Experience w/ Poor Customer Service
I had a disappointing experience with KidKraft and wouldn’t recommend buying from them. They shipped a damaged product, and when I tried to return it, I discovered they don’t provide prepaid return labels. This means you have to cover the return shipping, which can cost almost as much as the product itself. As a result, I felt forced to keep the damaged item and request replacement parts. The whole process was frustrating, with limited responsiveness and unhelpful customer service.

Good with some build flaws
My child loves it! Was not a great building experience as the screw holes were tough. Some peeling on the sticker backgrounds upon arrival. Nothing significant but annoying when purchasing new. Overall, my child enjoys it but would have expected better quality given the price.
