Cheap and disappointing
Cheap wood, every piece was cracked or broken. All the walls are thin, cheap vinyl not wood. In order to be somewhat worth the money you'd have to paint, use adhesive, and protect it in weather to hope for a few years. Not even close to being worth the money they want.

Just do it!
If you're an IKEA furniture-building pro and looking for a fun new challenge, go for it! This took me two days to build but I had tons of fun while doing it. Instructions are clear and really great - I had to drill two holes but otherwise everything's good to go for assembly. Well worth the effort to see the pure joy on my son's face when he realized it was for him! It's been tons of fun and we're so glad we got it.

Mediocre at best
The walls are a little flimsy to be honest and you can tell that after a few months outside it’ll start to warp. Our playhouse came with no hardware and some of the wood was damaged, when I contacted the company it took several days to hear back and several attempts of back and forth before there was a resolve. Product is ok at best and customer service was slow

Has splinters everywhere, not safe at all for kids
I got this playhouse round half off on a sale and even with that this wasn't worth the money. Numerous pieces were cracked and splintered out of the box and I had to use wood glue to fix them. Thing has as splinters everywhere, especially on the fence and roof. After getting two splinters myself while assembling I put on gloves. No way I am letting my kid play with this until I fix all the splintered wood. Really disappointed in the quality and annoyed about having to fix a lot of pieces in order to make this thing kid safe.

We like the playhouse but we re working with the seller because a few pieced were broken when we received it . we will see if they are replaced for us

Don’t do it
This house has not one solid wall. All the walls are made up of a frame with some hard plastic to be placed in the center that requires like 20 screws. The instructions on some parts are incorrect or not every well explained. Some parts came slightly damaged. I was halfway threw when I noticed i wanted to return it but I was already many many many screws in. Also another big disappointment is the wood. Running my hands threw the wood I feel like I’m going to get a splinter. That is not okay for a kids play house. Don’t waste your money on this one even with the discount. Look at other options.
