Gorgeous and value for money
Absolutely gorgeous doll house, my 3 year old daughter loves it and hasn’t stopped playing with it since we received it - very rare that she doesn’t move on after a couple of days. There are a few scuffs and chips, and some of the back panels don’t snap perfectly into place (gaps), which is why I’m only giving it four stars, but otherwise it’s amazing value for money, very happy with my purchase.

Needs better hardware
Using plastic nuts inside the boards was a bad idea, should of used metal. Need to charge less if you're going to use cheap hardware to put this together. other than that it looks nice, and has plenty of extras to keep my daughter entertained.

worth it
brilliantly simple steps, 3D visual aid is excellent. try the paper instructions along with the app, it makes your life easier. Recommend two people assembly, although one person can do this. took us just under 1.5 hrs.

a very good toy that can be perfect
The size of the structure is really practical for dolls considering each floor height.
Wood is OK but be careful not to over screw or it might crack.
Accessories are of good quality but need to consider wider bases for some miniature tables as the loose balance each time a doll touches them.
Refrigerator needs shelves and should at least fit the cake without having its lights kept on.
Drawings on structural pieces have very high probability to detach from wood while installation and also while playing since edges are glued in 90 degrees angle of surface.
Stairs mechanics are brilliant.
Background drawings are neat gives a sense of the rooms, the kitchen background drawings however are an exception, placing the sink and refrigerator covers it.
Overall, the doll house is fun to play by my daughter and looks like all the pieces are durable, except for the above notes, it would be 10/10.
