DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Horrible customer service and even worse craftsmanship. The playground didn’t even last a full year and they won’t help you with any issues. Do not waste your time and money!

Very cute but poor quality
Really cute. But not sure how good the material is as some things are already cracked.

Decent Product. Good Customer Service.
The Customer Service from KidKraft is what got this up to 4-stars. One of the four walls came with a hole punched in it. We had seen the hole in the shipping box upon arrival but didn't notice the damage to the wood until we unboxed it. We tried to use the parts ordering form on KidKraft.com but the form there wouldn't accept the Lot number from the label on the box. So we contacted KidKraft customer service via email, provided them the order information, the Lot number we had, and images of everything, and they got back to us within 24-hours with a $0 sales order to confirm that the replacement parts had been ordered and would ship via freight. The walls are the biggest piece, and one of the only assembled pieces in the whole kit so they come on a double long pallet. We asked the freight company to take away the double long pallets and they did.
We received the new wall in 1-2 weeks and began assembling the playhouse. They claim to use quality wood, but I'd say it's on the softer side as it is very easy to strip out when installing screws. Only some areas come with pre drilled holes, and a few other areas require you to drill your own pre-drilled holes, but most screws are installed and cut their own threads as they go in, so if you blow one out in a required location it gets tricky to install it in the same area where it is needed. We were very careful and only stripped out a couple screws that weren't critical.
You will absolutely need a power driver to assemble this, and one with low torque settings is preferred.
The biggest challenge comes as you get further along. We kept the wood covered the entire time, but many boards were still warped when it came time to install them and you are constantly fighting alignment issues. You can compensate for this a little here and there as you g, and things mostly line up, its when it comes to the upper deck support and roof that you have no way to align it properly and have to bend, pull, and hold to get things as close as possible as you sink the screws. I'd be very surprised if anyone's final assembly had no uneven gaps or misaligned boards.
The roof panels were the worst part. Wavy plastic panels that the instructions say are supposed to overhang the roof frames by an inch on the ends. Instead they were an inch too short, so again you are constantly trying to compensate for things not lining up and split the difference with the material you have to work with. Not only that but the width of the roof panels were too wide, and since they have to slide into grooves in the roof end boards, it warps the panels even more not allowing them to lay flat within the frame of the roof. The panels ends were very difficult to get into the grooves as well, we had to get a portion of the panel in, screw it down to hold it, and then fight to get the next section in. Since they are thick wavy plastic, so trimming them wasn't really an option. The roof came out lumpy / wavy, and you can even see this a bit in the sample images on KidKraft.com for this playhouse.
At the very end we realized we were short some more parts required and again emailed KidKraft customer service. They again responded within a day and shipped the parts we identified within 1-2 weeks. Again, the customer service is what made the overall purchase above average.
All in all, it's a good looking playhouse and we would probably recommend to others, but if KidKraft customer service and parts replacement had been a hassle, we would've scored this lower for its overall quality, and assembly challenges. They could easily prebuild many of the sub assemblies before shipping to improve the product quality and overall customer experience..

Kid love it, but the slide is frustrating
Kids love it but we have had it two years and I've had to replace the slide within a year. Got rid of the slide in the second year as the exact same parts failed on it again after replacing them through kidcraft

So far so good
Our 3 year old loves this thing, as to the neighbor’s kids. It took a few days to put together but none of the pieces were warped, as other reviews have suggested. We’ve only had it up for a few weeks so I can’t speak to longevity, but it looks really cute and has the perfect footprint for a smaller urban backyard.

Adorable, compact playhouse
Our 6 year old son & 4 years old twin daughters absolutely love this. Seems sturdy and well made. It was very difficult to put together so we hired someone to do it. But we planned on that along!

Aesthetic and perfect for the small yard space
Estimated build time is roughly 10-12 hours. Spouse built it with two buddies. All of them are pretty handy. He did not complain of workarounds or missing parts. The quality seems to be fine so far. My kid has loved going down the slide upside down, on his belly, with his lovies. He likes to pretend to water the flowers. I had a great time at At Home picking out decorations. It was a good find for our yard because we didn’t have the right grading or space for something with swings.
I do wish the stove and sink had a better mechanism/design to fasten them in. He pulls them out immediately everytime I ask him to “cook” me something. He will just bring the whole sink š¤£. But maybe a good spot to build a little sensory bin in its place. TBD.
It’s super aesthetic and everyone thinks it’s so cute.
