Easy to assemble and great for play.
Beautiful product and amazingly easy to put together. I appreciated that this was more of a neutral color pallet and resembled an actual house. The assembly was well thought out and the house is sturdy. I am extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone.

Great Dollhouse for Small Spaces
The Rowan for fashion dolls is the perfect size dollhouse when you have limited space in a bedroom. It is constructed of the sturdy material like all Kidkraft houses and comes with furniture, accessories. It fits nicely into a child's bedroom - and offers hours of play. I was very pleased with my purchase and would definitely consider buying another dollhouse from Kidkraft in the future!

Stunning modern design for small space!
This dollhouse is perfect for small spaces! The modern designs and decor are stunning! It was relatively easy to put together. My daughter (and her sisters) couldn’t stop playing!

Great for small space
I love this size for my daughters room, we do not have a lot of space so it fits perfectly. I was disappointed with how fast it started to chip as I was building it. Some pieces do not fit or I had to jam it in which was disappointing. The stairs on the second floor don’t stay in securely which is a pain for a kid who likes to take everything apart and lose things. Instructions were super easy but a few items were mis labeled but easy to figure out. Although my experience was an awkward one, I would highly recommend this for a space saver and a cheaper dollhouse. It was priced somewhat accurately, I feel $75-$85 would be a better price!
