Terrible product and costumer service.
This review is mostly about the quality of KidKraft itself. Our vanity arrived as an open box. I did not pay open box price. The hardware was thrown into the box and it was missing a major component. I’ve now been waiting well over a week for KidKraft to contact me about returning the item. Unsatisfactory all around.

Love this vanity
We love this vanity. It is so cute and perfect for my 3 yr old. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars is bc some of the pieces of wood that connect together with a wood pegs instead of a screw ant therefore keeps coming apart. I’m going to wood glue them together and it will be fine.

Horrible quality
Pieces were chipped and scratched upon arrival but we figured, no big deal they’re small. As soon as you screw in one thing, the white starts to chip away and you’d we wood. So flimsy. Bent mirror. Will not be ordering from kid Kraft again

The mirror was delivered with a noticeable scratch and chair is very cheap. Overall feels very cheap and not well built.

Damaged pieces…frustration!
3 damaged pieces…tried to replace from the website, it won’t let me. Ugh!!! Will have to call and need done for my granddaughters birthday. Would rather pay more for something put together than deal with damaged pieces.

No hardware or instructions??
So we bought this for our daughter for Christmas, as it's Dec 23rd I decided to put it together so we can have it wrapped for Christmas morning. I just opened thebox for assembly and there is no hardware or instructions in box which was in horrible condition. Beyond upset.

Perfect Christmas gift!
Love this vanity! Purchased this vanity two year ago as a Christmas gift for my oldest granddaughter. This is my second vanity to purchase for my second granddaughter. She will receive for Christmas. It is worth the money and my first granddaughter loves her vanity!

Terrible quality
