Many parts missing
Bought this set and all boxes were sealed even when we opened them nothing was disheveled everything appeared in it’s place. But when my husband started putting it together, he kept realizing my parts were missing and could not complete setting it up. We were so disappointed with the amount of parts that were missing. Could understand if it was a couple of of pieces but over 10 is ridiculous! I
Hope we can get these parts soon and for free. Let’s see if their customer service can support us.

Ok so this is the worst play set for kids we started this project June 18th still July 10th is not together we have spent more time trying to get it to work half the screw holes we had to replace screw nothing matches I have several photos of what is not right! My poor niece that is 5 is still waiting for this to be assembled! Directions said 8-10 hours with 2 people well there is 3 and we have almost 18 hours an maybe half way done! The amount of money is a joke! You definitely do not get what you pay for! I’m so very disappointed and I can’t believe how nothing lines up an how many boards have split (already had hairline splits in the wood) following with photos they only allow 6 I have more then a dozen photos of what is not right!

I would never recommend this swing set to anyone nor kid Kraft they email very fast when they want all the information from you but then they stop emailing immediately when you have questions bought those piece of crap and it fell over what a waste of money and horrible customer service

great for smaller kids
Great for smaller kids and smaller spaces. compared to other kits I've assembled, was very easy, took me from about 930am-2:15 pm, so about 4h 45m, that's pretty good, as a professional I've build some that literally DO take 8-10 hours for 2 people, so being buildable in less than 5 hours by 1 guy with an impact driver, was a nice touch, would recommend, some of the cedars come checked/twisted/warped but that's nearly unavoidable in Texas with the heat and the shipping process. nice set.

Great Playset!!
I bought this playset a few weeks ago after carefully reviewing cost and reviews. When I read the reviews for this particular playset I was hesitant because the comments on durability, directions, and missing pieces. From my perspective, I received all of the parts in 3 shipments, the slide coming a few days later from the first package received. All of the parts were clearly labeled and the directions was very easy to follow. I have done a few DIY projects but nothing to complicated. As long as you take your time and read the directions you wont have an issue. I would recommend you drill pilot holes for any screws to avoid splitting. Other than that, I followed each step and didnt have any problems putting it together.

Never got to put it together
Purchased from Walmart online. Shipped in four boxes. Two boxes were delivered. Waiting on the third a week later. The fourth was refunded we don’t know if it ever shipped. They will not ship that box again. When we get the the third we have to wait for a shipping pick up for a return of our money.

Great Value! Took longer than 8-10 hours with two people, probably about double that time easily. But overall very satisfied with the overall value and size. Can't be beat. There were a few spots that were a little confusing in the instructions but overall I thought the instructions were easy to follow.

Instructions are terrible and it's very time consuming to put this together. I wish the company put more time and effort into improving the instructions. Overall the playset if good and our kid enjoys it.
