Screws do not fit into plastic receptacles
Many of the plastic receptacles have slight warping or damage which means the screws will not properly go into them.

A must buy for your lil chef
Beautifully build and easy instructions, espcially while using the building app. All things that have fo be built at home should be this easy. We've been shopping around for a mitch and this is by far the absolute best out there.

Horrible customer service
The purchase process is a breeze, if you want to cancel or return your item forget it. I tried canceling the order within an hour of placing it and no one would contact me back either through email or phone until after the order had shipped. Then they said they couldn’t cancel it because it had shipped. Very convenient for them. Also when wanting to return they tell you you have to pay for shipping. That means paying more than half of the items value to return it. When I told the manager I spoke with I didn’t think this was fair as I had tried to cancel the order and no one would contact me back she responded by saying if returning the item put me in financial hardship to sell it on facebook. I will never purchase anything kid Kraft again. Their customer service needs a lot of work.

Easy to assemble
My daughter and I put this amazing kitchen together in just over an hour and it looks awesome. It is a Christmas gift for my grandchildren.

Assembly quite difficult And very time consuming. I had to use a knife to shave off some parts to slide in and still have one door that doesn’t fit. Not sure this was worth the cost!
