Great for my 4yo but difficult to put together
It is much loved but it took 3 afternoons to put together and I had to pay someone to do it!!!

Cute Design, Poor Quality
We received this product as a gift and the kids were very excited for it, unfortunately right from the start our experience did not go well. While the outer walls of the house come pre-assembled which is really convenient, the door was held on by one hinge that was missing a screw and another hinge that was improperly installed. The design of triangular pieces above the roof windows is terrible as they are insecure and will fall out which would be dangerous to kids inside, I removed all four because I didn’t want our toddlers getting hit with falling pieces. In addition, pieces of wood broke, split or splintered because the material is cheap wood. While I’ll take ownership of a few splintered piece because of accidentally over screwing, there were plenty of other pieces that split even without over screwing.
If I had to point to positives, the design is cute for kids, and the app showing the step by step building guide was awesome. Also, the roof design was surprisingly simple!

Great Christmas present
Little girl wanted a playhouse for Christmas it made a Great present and it’s tall enough an adult can stand up in it well 5’6. Of course I upgraded it, farmhouse style. She is 7 and her friends and her fit in it just fine. We have even had sleepovers in it. It does stay indoors so. Can’t say how it holds up outside.

So cute!
We bought this for my son’s 4th birthday and both of my kids love it! It has no bottom, so we built a platform ourselves to extend the life of it. The only issue we have is that the roof doesn’t align precisely so there are a few leaks inside when it rains. Overall though, it’s a super cute little house, both kids fit plus a little table and chairs.

What a nightmare!!
In the end, it was all worth it because my kids LOVE this BUT it was an absolute nightmare to put together. I tried the instructions as well as the BILT app and they were both pretty poor in my opinion. The wood is cheap so be very gentle with assembly! Overall, the kids love it and it was worth it but a very long day of frustrating assembly.

the delivery made a very good impression in itself: parts very well marked and identifiable, enough screws but the installation instructions ... disaster.
I have no idea what the product developers and designers were smoking ... For the price, I expect a lot more than classic chinese minimal quality.
I wouldn't buy the playhouse again. definitely cannot recommend this.
The over all quality for the price: bad!
