canopy needs replaced less than a year
I bought this for my 3 year old granddaughter last spring who lives in FL. Within 6-9 months the canopy was stained and nasty looking just from the weather. Looks like from previous reviews that KiidKraft makes it very difficult to get a replacement unless you've kept all of instructions and have a batch number. Seems like they would know their item and could send a replacement canopy. I've tried calling and you are on hold for a long
time. Looks cute but not for long....

Not worth the money.
The instructions are only photos and very confusing. The wood is soft and thin. Many of the pieces do not fit together. Cover doesnt cover all the sand.

Needs cover
Great sandbox bought it for my granddaughter, she loves it, having sensory issues its very therapeutic. I wish though it had some kind of cover as when it rains it gets soaked, if there's a cover that will fit it I would purchase it, because its a great sandbox.

Cheap wood, otherwise it’s great!
We bought this and put it together a couple weeks ago and so far the kids love it. The canopy is great and the little buckets and storage on the sides are awesome. The mesh cover does its job. Unfortunately the wood is already cracking in a couple places so I’m worried it won’t last long.

Product and Customer Service Review
The sandbox is great! My only issue was that it was delivered without the hardware. I was unable to put the sandbox together for over a week because I had to wait on the hardware. It was also very difficult to get through to customer service to take care of this. I even went online and followed instruction in the manual to order missing parts online, but the website wasn't working properly. When I finally got through to customer service, the woman who helped me was wonderful and did an excellent job. I got the hardware Fed-Ex to me within a week.

Great sandbox.
This sandbox is perfect. Easy to assemble and sturdy. The storage bins are great for storing the sand toys and colorful tubs for water to make the perfect sand castle. My twin grandsons love it.
