OK Purchase - Not true Espresso Color
The headboard pieces arrived with scratches. I would not say this color is a true espresso. I ordered espresso to go with furniture that I already had and it doesn’t match. The other pieces are all from different companies and look well together but this does not.

Not the same quality as before
I bought this bed for my oldest child a couple years ago and absolutely love it. Great quality, sturdy & has held up very well. 5 stars for that bed. I patiently waited for almost a year for this bed to be back in stock so I could buy one for my younger child. Was so excited it finally was back in stock. Didn't even mind that the price increased significantly... until I put the bed together. The wood slats for the base are extremely rough, covered in splinters & getting stuck all in the bottom of my expensive mattress. But, my major issue with the new bed is the headboard. The holes were drilled on the wrong side during production & now instead of a beautiful sleek headboard that is pleasing to the eyes... I get to stare at a bunch of ugly silver screw-looking things... I am BEYOND disappointed. :(

Buying again, happy customer
I already have one for my older child, and bought this for my younger, since I like it so much. She transitioned straight from a crib to this. It’s low enough where she won’t get hurt if she falls out, but it’s also big enough for me to comfortably lie with her for bedtime stories. Love that we aren’t wasting money on a bed she’ll use for a year. My son has been in this bed for 2 years already and while I’m sure he’ll want something higher eventually, he’s still very happy in it and I don’t see him needing something bigger for a while.

Beautiful Bed
Beautiful bed for a young one. We got this for our 2 year old and it is the perfect height for a toddler to young child. Sturdy wood, easy to assemble, and pure white as opposed to the farm or off white colors. We used a 5" frame from Zinus as well as a 5" memory foam mattress and it fits the frame perfectly. Definitely would recommend for the price and ease of delivery and assembly.

Addison twin bed frame
Solid material and nice touch frame. No worries about splinters. Slats could be of better quality but it's for a child so not too big of an issue. Daughter loves the bed!
