Surpassed our expectations! Awesome playhouse!
Got this for our daughter's second birthday - it's amazing! It's much taller than expected and great quality. She LOVES it! The doors are tall enough for her to walk in and out and she can stand up tall inside. The window planter boxes are adorable and she loves the images on the interior walls. We put an outdoor rug under it so it looks like it has a floor. So cute!

Terrible Customer Service!!! Still not resolved!
After painstakingly building this castle, my husband discovered, on the very LAST piece, that we were sent two identical sides of the main spire - meaning that it is impossible for it to fit together. There is no main spire in the middle of my daughter's castle because of this.
We have contacted KidKraft 6 times now and have been met with rude customer service each time, including one service agent who accused my husband of being a liar for the purpose of getting an additional spire "for free" (what would we need two for?). We have even sent pictures and have been met with silence. This has been ongoing since January.
It is an unfortunate situation that we would really like to have resolved...and soon! We have been buying KidKraft items for almost 15 years now for our nieces and now our daughter. Perhaps we need to find another company who values their customers and will right the wrongs that were the fault of the company to begin with. I would appreciate a response beyond your customer service telephone number please. Thank you.

Didn’t get all of the pieces
I bought this for my nieces birthday and we were assembling it and the screws were missing all of them. We had to go waste more money buying all of the screw for the castle.

Missing pieces my nightmare
I bought this product on Amazon. It took me days to finish it. I had to find replacements on Home Depot. 5 pieces missing. I waited for them to come when I requested them per 3 months. A total nightmare. I will never shop kidKraft products again. Not to mention the quality of the wood. The worst. Making it pieces cracked

The bottom panels are just vinyl
While looking through wood playhouses, my mother talked us into the Frozen playhouse. I was surprised that while it was $100 more expensive than some of the others, the bottom panels are vinyl. It is wood framing and doors, but the walls are vinyl panels. I appreciated that some of the wood framing is pretty easy and just needs reinforcement (and it is cedar). My daughter was expecting a playhouse so we put it together.
It is striking, but I'm worried how it will hold up to wind.

Not worth the money
It took hours to build. And using the drill with the included drill bit was a MUST. But it also split the wood.

A total waste of money.
during govid19 we bought from Costco canada website.my opeiion its a expensive piece of garbage products.we unbox and assamble the house but most woodwen piece was chipped cracked and imposible to use bolts because the woods falling in a part and cracked.i took several piece before installing and upload soon$500+tx its a very disappoinmentsbut childerns are so excited that i cannot able to returneit.so if you consider to buy it think twicw.its not as good look as in pictures.
