Mediocre product with incredibly difficult install
This product is like if [blue/yellow Swedish furniture warehouse company] had absolutely no idea what they were doing.
Here are just some of the faults:
* Assembling this product took 1 reasonably-handy adult over 8 hours, with very few errors and no significant back-tracking.
* There are 44 different TYPES of wood part, which have meaningless 4-digit number codes as their only identification.
* There are 28 different kinds of screws and bolts, plus 10 kinds of washer and nut.
* It took me over 90 minutes to identify that I had all the correct parts (this is step 1 of 34 in the assembly instructions). This could be made much easier if (a) the wood part numbers made any sense, (b) the wood part listing in the instructions was ordered by part number, and (c) there were fewer distinct types of pieces.
* The instructions are very dense in terms of words per page and complexity of illustration. The illustrations are usually decent.
* Several steps have you partially undoing something that you put together many steps previously (e.g. step 28.1A has you loosen bolts through wood part #2036, which were originally installed in step 9.1A -- which was literally hours earlier).
* The instructions completely miss describing how to locate the tower on the prepared plot of land, and the instructions tell you to anchor the structure with the stakes before you have the swing arm or monkey bars attached, so if you get it wrong you may need to pull up the stakes or expand the prepared land area.
The wood used is also extremely soft Cunninghamia Lancelota aka "China Fir", not actual cedar as described by Canadian Tire. The wood is so soft and weak, and some pieces so thin, that I managed to snap one of the #1889 floor boards in half *lengthwise* while gently tapping it into place. The instructions tell you not to sink washers below the surface of the wood, but this is borderline impossible.
The wood also arrived covered in some kind of sparkly powder. I assume this is for packaging and transport reasons, but I've never seen that from anywhere else.
The packaging was 1 box of hardware, which was reasonable, 1 slide packaged all on its own, and 1 enormously heavy box of literally all the wood for the whole project -- you will need multiple adults to lift it.
Before buying this product, read through the assembly instructions end-to-end and see if you still want to buy it.

Not impressed for the price we paid
We purchased this climber over the weekend. Spent 8 hours building it and still not done. Would have taken less time if the wood wasn’t insanity warped and cracked in places. Super sad cuz now it looks crooked in places. Having a hard time getting it to line up anywhere sadly.

Fun but not winter ready
I bought this a year ago for my granddaughter. It was fun for the first summer and she even used it on warmer winter days. This spring I noticed the slide cracked on two of the three screws that hold it in place, creating spots that can scratch or cut her. It’s hard to find a replacement part of you don’t keep the box or building instructions. Who keeps those? And why would it crack after one year? Pretty disappointed in that part but all of my granddaughters still enjoy it.
It says you need two people to build it but with some ingenuity I built it myself.

Not worth the price
I bought this set for my 3 year old for Easter. Not happy with the wood at all as alot was cracked and warped. Some screws where already stripped. My dad had to reforce it with other screws and some wood. My son loves it but I for the price I really don't think it will last him long :(.
