Amazing for young kids
100% recommend. We purchased this for our two young kids, they are obsessed with it. Every chance they can, we are outside playing. Assembly was straightforward, it takes two people to put together and the instructions were easy to follow. We had it shipped to us and during shipping the straight slide was cracked. We contacted kid Kraft and they sent us a replacement, free of charge within a week. Amazing customer service!
Our son has Autism and needs to move a lot as well as have a space that he can be alone and queir when needed. This provides both for him. He is able to get out a lot of energy and can run around, and when needed, he goes to the top fort part and sits, I can still see him and know he is safe, while he has time on his own to regulate.
I would recommend!

Broken Pieces
Pieces arrived broken. I spoke to customer service and they were rude and unhelpful. Told me that I can pay a lot of money for shipping to return the playset even though it came broken.

SOOOOO MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had high expectations of this swing set. It shipped so fast! Once received and opened I realized how wrong I was. BOTH of the main pieces are busted, split, COMPLETELY broken. When opening it I realized there was a broken piece outside of the box on top. I thought okay maybe someone sat it there from another swing set. However after looking at the box closely, there are two forklift-type holes on one side. It looks like someone not only damaged this swing set but then knowingly shipped it out damaged!!!!!!! I want the whole box 1 replaced because how can I feel comfortable using anything with how damaged the main pieces were! I am absolutely not happy! This swing set was not/is not cheap.

Excellent
Excellent product. It was delivered on a nice pallet. The product came in 4 boxes. I was able to assemble this by myself. The only help I needed was the swing being in the right place. I will say the curve slide was tough but once I figured out a method, it was easy to assemble.

So cute!
Matches our home and our children love it, even my 16month old. Very pleased with our purchase. Everything was included, along with extra hardware. No broken pieces. It took my husband about two days, off and on, to complete.

Great for novice builders
Very easy to follow instructions and easy to assemble. The tube slide was by far the most difficult part, but nothing two people can’t do with a little patience. Can be an all weekend project unless you have more people to work with.

You get what you pay for
It’s about what I expected for the price. It will suffice for hopefully a few years until our kids get a little older, but I don’t see it lasting more than a few New England seasons. Fairly cheap material, and few of the pieces were broken right out of the box. Customer service was awesome getting our replacement parts ordered quickly, but it took about two weeks for them to actually get delivered. The instructions were very easy to follow and I was able to get it built in about 6 hours over two nights all by myself. It definitely would have helped to have a second hand but it can be done on your own. All in all I would recommend this swingset if your kids are still on the younger side of things and won’t use and abuse it as much as kids 6+.

Our kids love this set. My husband was very happy with the quality and safety features when building it. The swing brackets are great too. So smooth and no jumping!
