Great dollhouse, not so great getting replacements
I got this doll house for my daughter and she loves it. She plays with it all the time. We had some damages from us moving it and I have had no luck getting the replacement parts. I’ve emailed customer support and they can’t help unless you have your batch code. I can’t find our batch code anywhere on the dollhouse and we threw away all of the packaging. So now we’re stuck with no stairs and the backing of the second floor was also broken and discarded. My advice, locate your batch code and write it down and keep it in a safe place or you’ll have no luck getting any replacement parts.

Nice dollhouse
The dollhouse itself is very nicely done. It's very big and the furniture and pieces are great quality. Shipping could have been better - there were shipping delays and it didnt arrive on time for my daughter's birthday. Assembly was easy, I followed the instructions and didn't have any issues. The number stickers are also a little difficult to remove, maybe consider stickers that are easier to peel off. It's a great dollhouse, my daughter loves it.

Beautiful great quality !
Beautiful Doll House! I got this for my 2.5 yr old daughter. She loves it. The top floor is a little out of reach but she’ll grow into it. I like how it came with something to fasten it to a wall.

Lovely, quality doll-house
Well-made and you get a lot for what you pay for. My daughter received this as a gift for her 5th birthday and absolutely loves it. She plays with it every day.

Overall it turned out nice and our granddaughter loves it. All the plastic railing pieces were very hard to screw into bc the screw heads were all flat and needed to be pointed. The stairway doesn't mount which was odd, just kind of floats. It took my husband and I a little over an hour to put together.
