Poor quality
Overall it wasn’t too complicated to build. Took about two days by myself. The slide was complicated and I highly recommend having someone help. Our kids do love it however it has many quality issues which would make me not recommend it. First during the build, it was missing tee nuts (Kidkraft responded and mailed additional at no cost). Had to wait a few days to finish it. Second, we have only owned this for 3 months and the wood is already cracking, splitting and peeling. For the price, you would think this would last longer than it has. I have feeling it will require a lot of maintenance over the years which is very unfortunate.

Yes there are lots of pieces. And it's really a 2 man job. But I'm very happy with the result.

Missing pieces
The boxes where missing the swing, all nuts, all screws, All washers, and a rock climbing rock. I had to buy all the hardware from Lowe’s. I’m still waiting on swings

Instructions should really specify not to tighten certain boards until a future step, SEVERAL times throughout the process. All pieces were there, and it ultimately went together relatively smoothly. Decent quality, wouldn't recommend for older kids. But for 10 and under its solid

THIS ISNT WHAT WAS EXPECTED
I purchased this set and received everything by may 31st. I WANT A REFUND. I believe they have good customer service so far as I haven’t had any issues getting a replacement part ordered. The set has not been completed as I’ve been waiting for the back order part so you can imagine how upset my son is looking out and seeing a swing set and slide he is unable to use. Well called today and was told I would receive it some time in early July. COOL! I go outside to pick up my son’s bike from outside and I see this!!!!!! I paid waaaay too much to have these issues before getting the thing fully assembled. Cracks in wood already?
