I bought this table with high hopes since it looks so adorable on website. The table came with cracked pieces and completely damaged. It was impossible to get someone on the phone to help make the situation right. After finally connecting with someone I then had to send her a email with photos, part numbers ect…the emails went back and forth over 6 days. They finally had a manager reach out to me via email to say they would send me a replacement piece. I would have preferred a credit since the quality of this table is not great and is much smaller then I though or at least a whole new set. Things get smashed in transit and that happens , I get it but the customer service has made me so mad I would never buy from them again. tbeh told me k couldn’t return the item since it was already put together?! How does gang make sense if they sent a broken table?

I fell in love the first time I saw it. I have purchased it for my niece 2nd birthday which is next week. Can’t wait to give it to her at her party. I purchased it on on sale so that was a wonderful deal!
